The mission
of this office (located on platform 3 at Luxembourg railway station -
open 24 hrs) is to organise travel in the best possible conditions of
safety, and to provide information and help wherever possible, with getting
yourself and/or your luggage on and off trains. Although they have at
their disposal special material to facilitate your travel (eg ramps, etc),
they always much appreciate early application so that they can arrange
things well in advance (e.g. 24 hour notice would be appreciated).
